on Youtube, Myspace, or any other site that it may be hosted on, and make
sure that you enable the use of embed codes. Send a synopsis, brief description,
your production company information (web site and contact), and production
stills in a JPEG format. We will need your production stills for promotional
purposes, and if we select your film for our weekly showcase!
We require the following information. The more complete your information is, the more marketable your online film will be on our online film festival:

of a film, a short film, or a feature film?
PRODUCTION: What
production company produced the film? Who is the producer, the director,
the director of photography (DP), and the indie film production crew?
CAST: Who
are the actors in the film?
GENRE: What genre or blend
of genres does the film cover? Comedy, Drama, Horror, Sci-Fi, Documentary,
etc?
PRODUCTION FILMING LOCATION:
Where was the film filmed and produced at?
CONTENT WARNING: Would this
film be rated a G, PG, PG-13, R, or would it be non-rated? Is there nudity,
sex, excessive violence, horror, gore, profane language, or any controversial
content?.
TOTAL RUNNING TIME (TRT):
Minutes and seconds.
SYNOPSIS: In
under a paragraph, what is the film about? What is a brief plot description
of your indie film?
LANGUAGES: Language
spoken in film / alternate selectable languages, subtitles, closed caption,
or running commentary (these options would not be for the online version
of the film, necessarily, but rather for the purchased downloadable version
or DVD edition).

All content submissions to Tampa Bay Film become the property of Tampa Bay Film, and may be published as we see fit unless you specify that you do not want us to publish it. Films featured in our online film festival remain the property of the copyright holder, may be featured without the knowledge or consent of the owner if they post it on sites such as Youtube or Myspace, and may be removed upon request by the owner. This Tampa Bay Film Online Film Festival is a free film festival, available at no charge, if you are only showing your film on this online film festival. Submissions to other Tampa Bay Film film festivals, or Tampa Bay Film film festival events, may not necessarily be free. If you are submitting your film to the online film festival as well as a film festival event, an entry fee may apply from the other film festival. Please check the submission instructions and the guidelines of all film festivals which you are submitting to. Although services are often marketed and sold at Tampa Bay Film film festivals, including this online film festival, you are not obligated to those services in order to have submissions considered for film festivals, or to participate; no purchase of products or services necessary (although film festival submission fees and charges directly relevant to the film festival do apply).

The Tampa Bay Film Online Film Festival is designed to be interlinked with both Tampa Bay Film and the Tampa Film Showcase web sites. All sites are cross-linked and optimized to fully support each other. You can toggle between any of the web sites in one click from each web site's main menu for maximum convenience. The Tampa Bay Film Online Film Festival web site is the official online film festival of Tampa Bay Film, The Tampa Film Showcase Monthly Film Festival and Networking Event, and the Tampa Film Showcase film festival.
Tampa Bay Film is a massive meta site consisting of eight main web sites, and hundreds of support resources.
